Information We Collect

To provide its features, Vairocina stores limited data tied to your Discord user ID and the servers it's added to. This includes: leveling XP and rank card preferences, birthday dates (only if you choose to set one, and only shown in servers where you've enabled display), lotto/giveaway entries, and server-level configuration set by admins (such as channel and role IDs). Vairocina does not read or store the content of your regular messages.

How We Use It

This data is used solely to operate Vairocina's features — leveling, lottos, birthday announcements, and related admin settings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data associated with a server is retained while Vairocina remains in that server. You can request deletion of your personal data (such as birthday or XP records) at any time by contacting the developer.

Third Parties

Vairocina operates on top of Discord, and your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy.
